Home

The Indian Creek Valley Trail (ICV Trail) is a community trail located in Donegal, Saltlick and Springfield Townships in Fayette and Westmoreland Counties, Pennsylvania.  Located in the heart of the Laurel Highlands region, the Indian Creek Valley Trail offers spectacular views of Indian Creek and the surrounding area.  We invite you to come explore and enjoy our beautiful trail.

A portion of the ICV Trail is owned and maintained by the Mountain Watershed Association (MWA).  The Mountain Watershed Association, home of the Youghiogheny Riverkeeper, is concerned with the protection, preservation and restoration of the Indian Creek and greater Youghiogheny River watersheds.  MWA is also dedicated to improving quality of life throughout the Laurel Highlands region.  In 2008, MWA completed a trail feasibility study examining the possibility of expanding the ICV Trail south to the Youghiogheny River (where it could serve as a spur of the popular Great Allegheny Passage) and northward toward Ligonier, PA.

Visit our website to learn more about the Mountain Watershed Association or to join as a member or donate to the trail construction effort.  Thank you!
